Compliance calendar for medical directors

Medical directors are asked whether the people and the lab are covered. CalSafe is the calendar that answers with a confirmed date, not a guess from a shared drive.

DEA registrations, CLIA, and professional licenses are clinical credentials. They should not depend on whoever last updated a spreadsheet. CalSafe extracts the fields, then waits for a person you trust.

What this role needs from the calendar

  • DEA and CLIA next to clinician licenses, not in a separate binder
  • Human confirmation so a misread year never becomes the official expiry
  • A snapshot you can stand behind in a meeting or a survey

A typical pass through CalSafe

  1. 01Open review for any new scan before it reaches the live calendar.
  2. 02Correct entity or expiry if the extraction missed a stamp or a two-sided card.
  3. 03Use the calendar and coverage sheet when privileging or survey prep starts.

Questions

Will AI change a date on its own?

No. Extraction fills a form. The calendar does not move until someone on your team accepts the fields.

Can I see who confirmed a record?

The live record is the one a person accepted. History keeps superseded files so you can see what was replaced.

Invite the people who renew. Upload the first license.

Owners, medical directors, and office managers share one facility calendar. CalSafe watches the dates.
