About

Built for the clinic that cannot miss a date.

CalSafe is a facility calendar. Vision reads the credential. A person you trust confirms the fields. Renewals replace the same row.

Why this exists

The file and the date should not live apart.

Clinics do not miss renewals because they forgot licenses exist. They miss them because the current certificate lives in a binder, a shared drive, or a broker's inbox, and the date lives in a spreadsheet nobody trusts.

CalSafe puts both on the same row. Software fills the form. The calendar does not move until someone accepts the entity and the year. When the next certificate arrives, it replaces that row instead of becoming another PDF in the pile.

We build for private clinics, specialized medical centers, and diagnostic facilities. One site. The people who already renew. Not a hospital credentialing suite.

What we will not skip.

Protective without panic. The calendar is an instrument. It should be calm until something is actually at risk.

  1. 01

    A person still confirms.

Vision fills entity, authority, and expiry. The calendar does not move until someone on your team accepts the fields. A misread year should never become the official date.

  2. 02

    Renewals replace the same row.

Each clinician, device, or policy stays one record. The new file supersedes the last. History remains. Duplicate rows do not.

  3. 03

    Coverage should be printable today.

The snapshot is the live calendar as a sheet. You should not rebuild a list the night before a visit.

Who this is for

The people who run the facility.

  • Facility owners

Owners open CalSafe between other work: a bright reception desk in the morning, or the evening after clinic. The question is the same. What is at risk, and can I prove we were current?

  • Medical directors

DEA registrations, CLIA, and professional licenses are clinical credentials. They should not depend on whoever last updated a spreadsheet. CalSafe extracts the fields, then waits for a person you trust.

  • Operations managers

You are not looking for software to explore. You need the license off the counter and onto a calendar that other people can see. Then you need the renewal to land on the same row next year.

What this is not

Honest limits.

  • A hospital credentialing suite

CalSafe is one facility workspace. Health systems with privileging packets and multi-site credentialing desks need a different tool.

  • A CMMS or a filing service

Work orders, parts, and vendor dispatch stay in your maintenance process. Board, DEA, CMS, and carrier filings stay with those authorities.

  • Legal or clinical advice

We help you keep the current file and the confirmed date together. Requirements and unusual cases stay with your counsel.

Before you ask.

Short answers. For billing or a stuck scan, write support.

Who is behind CalSafe?

A small team that builds the facility calendar and answers email. Write support@calsafe.io. A person reads every message.

Do you file renewals for us?

No. CalSafe tracks the credential you store and the date your team confirmed. You still renew with the board, DEA, CMS, or your carrier.

Is this for hospital systems?

No. CalSafe is built for private clinics, specialized medical centers, and diagnostic facilities. One site, one calendar.

Set up the facility calendar.

Invite the people who renew. Upload the first license. CalSafe watches the dates.
