Intake a credential between patients
The useful test is whether an office manager can photograph a certificate, confirm four fields, and get back to the desk before the next patient is roomed.

If it is not fast at the desk, it will not happen.
A license arrives in the mail, or a clinician drops a card at the desk, or biomedical leaves a calibration cert next to the keyboard. That is the intake window. If your process requires a laptop, a naming convention, and twenty minutes of typing, the certificate will sit in a pile until Friday.
Operations managers are not looking for software to explore. They are looking for the pile to shrink without creating a second pile in a drive.
A loop that fits between patients
- Photograph or drop the PDF
- Check entity, authority, expiry — correct what the scan missed
- Accept. The calendar moves.
- When the renewal comes, attach it to the same row
Reminders are useless if they go to an inbox nobody opens. Point them at the person who actually calls. Owners and directors should see the same dates without asking you to rebuild a list.
The product is not a dashboard you visit. It is a counter you can clear.
